Are you a Hearing Care Assistant or a Healthcare Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity with a respected independent healthcare provider
Im currently recruiting for a Hearing Care Assistant to join Monmouthshire Hearing Centre a long-established independent hearing care company known for delivering exceptional patient care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop specialist skills within audiology with full training provided.
Location: Monmouthshire
Hours: Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm (No weekends flexibility required)
Salary:DOE

25 days holiday bank holidays
Full training provided including ear wax removal
Supportive team-focused working environment

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out hearing screenings
Ear wax removal (training provided if required)
Hearing aid servicing maintenance and repairs
Supporting patient care and clinic workflow
Assisting with reception duties when needed
Helping maintain a professional clean and welcoming clinic environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and responsible capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
Warm caring and compassionate with a genuine focus on patient care
Trustworthy and reliable able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and comfortable handling sensitive clinical materials
Committed to maintaining a professional and welcoming clinical environment
A qualified Hearing Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant (preferred)- must be willing to attend an HCA course and qualify if not already a qualified HCA
Able to drive (essential)
Flexible motivated and eager to learn
