Job Description

JD for Cloud-Openstack :

Location: Guwahati / Delhi

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge :

• Provisioning and configuration of resources Monitoring and Alerting Basic Level Trouble Shooting Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity.
• Documentation and knowledge management
• Prior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack NetApp Storage and Software Defined Network
• Should have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Network
• Work with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure services
• Ensure solutions are secure compliant and meet regulatory requirements.
• Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.
• Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoring
• Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks
• Guide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOPs for recurring issues.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp Storage
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Networking
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Desired Certifications:

Certifications in Openstack Linux/Unix Network technologies.
