At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with a clean comfortable and welcoming environment. As a Houseman you play an essential support role within the Housekeeping team by maintaining public spaces assisting room attendants and ensuring supplies and linens are readily available to deliver the high standards of cleanliness and service our guests expect.

This position is ideal for a dependable service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced resort environment and takes pride in teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas corridors service areas and guest floors

• Deliver linens towels and housekeeping supplies to room attendants and storage areas as needed

• Assist with trash removal recycling and general housekeeping support duties

• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests in a courteous and professional manner

• Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by leadership

• Follow all safety sanitation and Omni brand standards to ensure a clean and secure environment

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping hotel or janitorial experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift push and carry up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift

• Strong reliability teamwork and time-management skills

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Commitment to providing genuine hospitality and excellent service
