Overview
Love a fast-paced route-style day helping multiple clients As a Transportation & Short-Shift Specialist youll keep seniors active and independent while maintaining a consistent predictable schedule near home.
Primary duties
- Safe transportation and escort to medical/therapy appointments and errands
- Short ADL/IADL visits: light housekeeping meal prep med reminders check-ins
- Clear documentation in app; proactive communication with office
- Basic mobility assistance and safe transfers; fall-prevention awareness

Requirements
- Valid drivers license & insurance; reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record; confident in local navigation
- Smartphone for scheduling app; punctual and organized
- CNA/HHA; strong customer-service mindset required
- Current CPR and State required courses
