• 2 year degree in business sales or related field preferred
  
  
• In-home sales construction home improvement or painting sales experience is a plus
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• Strong closing skills and comfort discussing project investments with homeowners
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
