Job Summary

Join our team as a Costs Administration Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic environment. As a key member of our Costs Team youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the overall efficiency of our office.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Costs team including data input and retrieval using internal systems
  • Carry out routine clerical tasks such as opening and closing cases filing photocopying scanning and post handling
  • Organise incoming and outgoing mail and DX including sorting packaging and distribution
  • Support with data entry on case management systems and spreadsheets including new case set-ups and recording agreed costs
  • Assist with file closure processes billing and archiving
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider Costs team and cover for colleagues when required
  • Undertake general office duties such as preparing bundles managing deliveries and supporting day-to-day team administration

  • You possess excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and adaptable you can work effectively under your own initiative and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills youre familiar with Microsoft Word and have experience with electronic case management systems
  • Previous office environment experience is desirable along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Youre reliable dependable and enthusiastic with a client-focused approach to your work.
