- Provide general administrative support to the Costs team including data input and retrieval using internal systems
- Carry out routine clerical tasks such as opening and closing cases filing photocopying scanning and post handling
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail and DX including sorting packaging and distribution
- Support with data entry on case management systems and spreadsheets including new case set-ups and recording agreed costs
- Assist with file closure processes billing and archiving
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider Costs team and cover for colleagues when required
- Undertake general office duties such as preparing bundles managing deliveries and supporting day-to-day team administration

- Computer literate with good keyboard skills youre familiar with Microsoft Word and have experience with electronic case management systems
- Previous office environment experience is desirable along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
