• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and build lasting relationships
• Conduct one-on-one consultations and create customized proposals
• Manage projects from sale to completion keeping them on time and on budget
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure 5-star satisfaction
• Represent our brand at community events and through local marketing efforts
• Attend regional and national trainings to keep sharpening your skills
• Keep organized accurate records in our CRM (we love a detail-oriented pro!)

• 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Construction or painting sales experience (preferred not required)
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• Solid organization and problem-solving skills
• A track record of accomplishments promotions or goal-crushing results
• Positive energy and a strong work ethic culture matters here!
