Own and execute the APAC distribution alliance and channel strategy across Enterprise IT MSP and MSSP partnersEstablish and manage operational plans for the Distribution and Alliances Sales functionDevelop and execute joint business plans with distributors alliance partners and strategic channel partners to drive pipeline and revenueLead distributor and alliance sales motions that support enterprise-scale opportunities and complex partner ecosystemsAct as the primary senior point of contact for assigned distributors alliance partners and channel partners across the regionFacilitate and lead internal cross-functional resources to support partner initiatives including Sales Product Marketing Enablement and Professional ServicesFoster strong sales engagement cadence and executive alignment between ConnectWise and partner organizationsEnable and lead distributor fund usage MDF strategy partner incentives and co-marketing initiativesManage distribution and alliance pipeline forecast accuracy and regional revenue contributionSupport and collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure effective deal registration partner coverage and executionIdentify recruit and onboard new alliance and channel partners aligned to Enterprise IT MSP and MSSP growth objectivesTrain mentor and support junior distribution or partner team members when requiredCommunicate regularly with ConnectWise leadership on partner performance market trends risks and growth opportunitiesDemonstrate best practices in partner-led sales execution including incentives brand awareness and net-new customer acquisition
