Job Description

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Lead to lead the design implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across multiple full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable compliant HR solutions.

This role requires an onsite presence in Chicago and strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Benefits modules.
• Drive requirements gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
• Configure and manage Global HR including workforce structures legal entities jobs positions grades and person management.
• Implement and support Benefits administration including plan configuration eligibility and enrollments.
• Act as a functional lead providing guidance to junior consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global and local HR policies regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Perform system configuration data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
• Support integrations between Core HR and other HCM modules and third-party systems.
• Lead UAT resolve defects and ensure successful sign-off prior to production deployment.
• Provide post-production support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation configuration workbooks and training materials.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with strong emphasis on Core HR and Benefits.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources Certification (mandatory).
• Experience in minimum 4 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core HR configuration and Benefits modules.
• Proven ability to lead functional discussions and workshops with business users.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Cross-Functional Exposure (Required)

• Working knowledge and integration exposure with other Oracle HCM modules such as:
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Time and Labor
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations reports and data conversions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multi-country / global HCM implementations.
• Exposure to Oracle HCM security roles and data access configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in onsite client-facing roles.
