Job Summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Product and Creative Marketing Manager to join our Bingo Bash and GSN Casino teams based in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues and help create fresh content for our players.

GSN Casino is home to slots bingo cards and more! Team members are distributed across the globe with hubs in Bengaluru Tel Aviv Barcelona among others

As aSenior Product and Creative Marketing Manager will serve as the game-level marketing lead for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino translating product strategy and audience insights into creative direction campaign concepts and go-to-market plans.

What Youll Do:

Creative Strategy & Performance

  • Lead the creative strategy for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino defining testable hypotheses based on player insights and product priorities.
  • Partner with Creative and UA teams to develop evaluate and optimize high-performing concepts.
  • Translate product positioning into emotionally resonant creative narratives that drive acquisition and reactivation.
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends share insights and guide future iterations.
  • Maintain high creative standards and brand consistency across all assets and channels.

Product-Connected Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing & CRM Manager to identify key in-game beats and translate them into cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Build and execute tentpole campaign plans that leverage all available channels (UA ASO in-game social partnerships).
  • Ensure creative and messaging alignment across launch and live-ops cycles.
  • Support development of storylines and thematic campaigns outside of game that strengthen player connection to the games.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to define campaign objectives success metrics and roadmaps.
  • Drive GTM execution in collaboration with UA ASO and Product Marketing Manager teams.
  • Represent creative and marketing strategy in cross-functional planning meetings.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality on-brand work.

Performance Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Monitor performance across creative UA and ASO channels; synthesize learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Share regular reporting and strategic insights with leadership.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • 7 years of experience in product marketing creative strategy or performance-driven marketing within mobile games or live consumer digital products.
  • Proven ownership of creative strategy for live titles including campaign development across launch and live-ops cycles.
  • Strong ability to translate product strategy and player insights into clear creative direction and emotionally resonant campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with UA ASO Creative and CRM teams to drive measurable performance outcomes.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret creative and UA performance and apply learnings to iteration and optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills including agency oversight.
  • Experience in mobile F2P casual social or casino games preferred.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona for close in-person collaboration.
