Overview
Join our memory-care-focused team supporting individuals living with Alzheimers or other dementias. Youll provide calm consistent routines and use validation/redirection techniques to reduce anxiety and enhance safety1:1 in the home.

Responsibilities

Person-centered routines: grooming bathing support dressing toileting/incontinence care
Mobility and transfer assistance; wandering prevention & safe-home practices
Meal prep hydration med reminders structured activities/cognitive engagement
Care updates through our app; compassionate family communication

Requirements

CNA or HHA (required for personal-care dementia cases)
Current CPR; drivers license & insurance; reliable vehicle
Experience with dementia care (home facility or family) preferred; we provide paid refreshers

Work setting: In person (clients homes)
