As part of our care team you will help seniors in Jacksonville and surrounding areas remain connected to their routines possessions and memories. This role is right for someone who is patient observant and interested in learning each clients preferences and personality.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Assisting clients with bathing toileting grooming and oral care
Encouraging hydration nutrition and healthy daily habits
Preparing meals that are familiar and comforting
Providing companionship through conversation shared hobbies or outdoor walks
Helping with laundry tidying and organization
Escorting clients to appointments or errands when requested
Documenting notes to keep communication clear and consistent

Our Ideal Caregiver:

Has professional caregiving experience and CNA or HHA
Communicates respectfully and kindly
Can maintain boundaries while also showing care and warmth
Values reliability and follow-through
