Job Summary

ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER
Luxury Safari Lodge -Nambiti Private Game Reserve

R20000 R24000

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Lodge
Always ensure exceptional guest service standards
Oversee departmental operations including FOH Housekeeping F&B when Lodge
Manager is not around
Manage stock control procurement and cost management
Maintain Lodge Standards coordinate maintenance and ensure Health and safety
compliance
Work closely with Lodge Manager to achieve operational and service goals
Hosting of guests being in contact with guests and handle feedback professionally
Work closely with Lodge Manager to achieve operational and service goals


Requirements

Requirements:
Proven experience in Camp / Ass. Lodge Manager or in a senior Lodge
Management role within a luxury safari lodge
Strong F&B background
Strong leadership organizational and communications skills
Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a remote setting
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Opera or Semper PMS experience advantageous

3 weeks on / 1 week off
