Our client is a technology company that operates a global live streaming platform and is seeking an experienced professional.
Conduct ongoing market research and player insight analysis by leveraging behavioral data feedback and industry trends to inform gameplay improvements new features and mechanics.
Translate creative ideas and design concepts into high-quality production-ready game experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions synthesize inputs and propose scalable design solutions aligned with player expectations and business objectives.
Partner with marketing product and development teams to define a cohesive game design strategy including core loops progression systems and monetization frameworks.
Lead mentor and develop the game design team ensuring alignment on vision priorities and delivery timelines.
Continuously explore emerging gameplay trends mechanics and innovations to enhance user experience and differentiate products in the mobile music game market.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in game design at a senior manager or head level.
Strong track record in designing core gameplay loops and monetization systems across multiple revenue models including advertising in-app purchases and hybrid approaches.
Experience in music-based games is a strong advantage as well as exposure to evolving games from hyper-casual to hybrid models.
Proven leadership experience in building managing and scaling game design teams.
