Takealot Group South Africas leading online Retail / Delivery organisation is looking for a highly talented Takealot for Business Graduateto join our team. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group namely: TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Management or a related field.

Computer Literacy
Strong Attention to Detail
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Data analysis skills (Excel Power BI SQL advantageous)
Understanding of supply chain operations and production processes
Adaptability Keeping up with rapidly changing digital landscape
Relationship Building Networking and maintaining customer relationships

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the department in all administrative functions linked to B2B order processing
Provide comprehensive support in overseeing and maintaining customer accounts ensuring effective communication timely updates and smooth coordination to meet customer needs and expectations
Supporting cross-functional team with B2B queries
Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary

This is a 12-month contract position.
