About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute and meticulous Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing strategy for our award-winning 5-star property. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle ensuring that every productfrom artisanal local produce to luxury linensmeets the exacting standards of a world-class hotel while maintaining rigorous cost control and sustainability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and partner with premium suppliers that align with our brands luxury positioning and sustainability ethos.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations to secure best-in-class value quality and service levels.
- System Oversight: Manage and optimise the hotels purchasing systems with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Procure Wizard.
- Cost Control: Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Heads of Departments to achieve annual operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Inventory & Audit: Oversee stock control and management across all operational departments ensuring data integrity and internal control compliance.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years in a senior procurement or purchasing role ideally within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
- Skills: Expert negotiation financial data analysis and vendor management skills.
- Attributes: A service-driven mindset befitting a luxury environment with a commitment to discretion and integrity.
- Qualifications: A degree in Supply Chain Management Business or a related field is preferred.
