Were now looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager who shares that passion and is ready to help lead our frontofhouse team to new heights.

As Deputy Restaurant Manager youll be the driving force behind smooth confident service. Youll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team daytoday ensuring every guest feels welcomed understood and looked after. Youll set the tone on the floor coach the team and help shape a culture where people thrive and standards stay consistently high.

What Youll Be Doing as Deputy Restaurant Manager:

  • Leads and motivates the Front of House team to deliver warm intuitive guestfocused service.

  • Runs shifts with confidence ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and kitchen.

  • Supports recruitment onboarding and ongoing development of the team.

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation cleanliness and operational flow

  • Manages reservations guest communication and service pacing.

  • Supports stock control ordering and cost awareness.

  • Acts as a role model for SOURCE values ethos culture and service style.

  • Steps up in the absence of the Restaurant Manager to ensure continuity and excellence.


Qualifications :

  • Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a quality restaurant A natural leader who inspires confidence and brings out the best in others.

  • Someone who thrives in a fastpaced guestfocused environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a calm solutionsfocused approach.

  • A passion for great food great service and creating memorable moments.

  • Organised proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Position: Full-Time hours available Competitive Salary Flexible Start

Salary: 38000

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being 643 per month.
