Youll initially work closely with the current lead building confidence and momentum with the clear intention that within the year youll be setting the teams direction and leading your colleagues in delivering that. Core elements of the role
- Build and sustainlong-term relationships with major international clients acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of the sectors technical and commercial drivers and with support from experienced colleagues take increasing ownership of the strategy and direction of TTPs work in this market. This includes defining and delivering against targets across salesproject deliveryand team development.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality technically challenging projects ensuring Project Leads are well supported and we are consistently meeting client needs.
- Travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences to support project delivery deepen industry insightand identify new opportunities.
About you
- You have a strong academic background with at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Youve successfully led technically challenging projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Youre commercially astute with experience in a client-facing consultancy environment building trusted relationshipsidentifyingnewopportunitiesandgrowingexisting partnerships.
- Yourenaturally curious and continually motivated to deepen and broaden your understanding of both technology andthebusiness context around it.
- You havea strong senseof personal responsibility with the courage and resilience to pursue ambitious goals and bring others with you.
- You may not have formal line management responsibility but you can lead with informal authority and coach and mentor others with empathy building strong collaborative relationships and influencing effectively.
- Experience developing regulated medical devices (or in a closely related field) is beneficial but not essential.
