Junior Designer - Womens Jersey & Knitwear
Were looking for a creative trend-driven fashion designer with a passion for Jersey and/or Knitwear with an instinct for whats next.
In this role youll be hands-on from concept to creationdeveloping womens jersey and knitwear styles producing technical sketches supporting fittings and driving the design process through sample follow-up. Youll play an active role in shaping collections that are launched globally across all H&M markets and omni channels reaching millions of customers worldwide.

Youll support the Product Designer while collaborating with a dynamic cross-functional team of Designers Product Developers Planners Pattern Makers and a Product Manager to bring collections to life.
Working at the heart of the design process youll help deliver fashion-forward jersey pieces for diverse global markets combining a strong sense of style with commercial awareness. You have an instinct for trends silhouette and detail and know how to balance fashion impact with cost-conscious design.

WHO YOU ARE
- Holds a BA/MA in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a JR Designer/Assistant
- Proficiency in Illustrator; 3D CLO experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and material knowledge
- Experience in creating specs and technical files
- A keen eye for fashion with a visionary mindset and passion for womens fashion and trends
- A customer-focused and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
- Highly organized and structured work routine
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- A quick learner with strong self-drive and initiative
- Fluency in English (Swedish is not required)
