Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Project Supervisor is responsible for the management and coordination of the collection projects assigned within the VM Department with a view to developing the image of the assigned Brand. The main objectives of the role are:
1) Guarantee the Go to Market of the Project in compliance with project objectives performance times and costs with responsibility for coordinating the functions involved (in particular style offices designers technicians visual procurement office suppliers....)
2) Collection and monitoring of the satisfaction of the needs expressed by the market through the management of the flow of technical and stylistic information for the realization of each individual declination of the project
3) Support in the creation of Guidelines for the merchandising of the project


Qualifications :

1.01 Aligns with the marketing department representatives with respect to the marketing plan and the objectives of the season
1.02 Defines the GTM process in coordination with the other functions from the kick-off of the planning to the collection of commercial subscriptions up to the go live on the markets
1.03 Develops a presentation of the concept and organizes a series of information addressed to the commercial area for the presentation of the project to customers and department stores
1.04 Defines the timing for the collection of commercial subscriptions and all the information necessary for the declination of the project on the locations and based on the different needs of the clients
1.05 Organizes and defines the priorities of the design department on the development of the project based on an analysis shared with the Team
1.06 Assists clients in the development of the project both from an image and a a technical point of view and if necessary participates directly in meetings with customers and department stores if required
1.07 Collaborates with the Visual Procurement office to take care of aspects related to production samples and logistics
1.08 Participates in the creation of Visual Guidelines Merchandising for the preparation of the collection project
1.09 Actively participates if necessary in the installations collects commercial and satisfaction feedback carries out research on similar activities on the market by competitors
1.10 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies internally of its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.11 Adopts significant behaviours promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.12 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones responsibilities


Additional Information :

  • Previous experience similar roles (at least 2 years)
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive collaborative mindset
  • Passion for fashion
