Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and guest-focused Receptionist / Night Manager to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for leading shifts managing guest enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel particularly during overnight periods. You will take full responsibility for the hotel during night shifts maintaining safety security and service standards while resolving guest issues and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.

This is a part-time role worked across a seven-day roster and includes minimum two Night Manager shifts per week.


Qualifications :

  • Positive outgoing and approachable personality; leads by example
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions
  • Previous customer service and supervisory experience in the hotel or accommodation sector
  • 12 years in a management or supervisory Front Office role
  • Comfortable working over a seven-day roster
  • Computer literate; Opera and Micros experience advantageous
  • Current LCQ and GM Certificate
