Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Call Center Executive to support day-to-day customer communication and order coordination. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from salon clients and customers
- Provide information on products availability and order updates
- Record and process customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone WhatsApp and email
- Follow up with customers and address basic concerns
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE O/L or A/L
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office email data entry)
- Strong customer service attitude and a pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
