Role Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Copywriter to own and execute the companys marketing activity across products. They are seeking a skilled Copywriter to produce clear accurate and compelling written content across marketing product and brand channels.

This role is responsible for translating complex financial and technical concepts into accessible language while ensuring all content aligns with brand quality and compliance standards.

The Copywriter will work closely with product and marketing teams to support thought leadership website content and product communications playing a key role in shaping the companys voice and messaging.

Requirements


Skills & Experience

  • 4 years experience writing for fintech financial services or technology companies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating long-form content product copy and thought leadership
  • Proven ability to explain complex financial or technical concepts clearly and accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong editorial judgement
  • Experience writing within regulated or compliance-conscious environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product marketing and leadership teams

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Write and edit blog posts articles and thought leadership content
  • Support long-form content that positions the company as an authority in the fintech space
  • Research topics and contribute to a consistent content pipeline

Website & Digital Copy

  • Review update and maintain website copy to ensure clarity consistency and accuracy
  • Improve existing content to align with brand compliance and messaging standards
  • Ensure all external-facing copy reflects a consistent brand voice

Product & In-App Copy

  • Support product copy including in-app messaging user flows and feature descriptions
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate functionality and value clearly
  • Ensure product content is user-focused accurate and easy to understand

Brand Voice & Editorial Standards

  • Develop and maintain brand voice and tone guidelines
  • Edit and refine content to ensure high editorial quality and consistency
  • Ensure content meets internal quality compliance and brand requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging across channels
  • Translate complex financial or technical concepts into clear user-friendly language
  • Support fast turnaround requirements in a dynamic fast-paced environment
