Job Description
- Manage the full financial reporting cycle including monthly and annual accounts cash flow management and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Handle tax compliance matters and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Establish implement and maintain effective financial controls and policies to mitigate financial risks
- Lead coach and develop the finance team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support to the broader business
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA ACCA or CIMA
- Minimum 58 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role
- Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (technology manufacturing experience is an added advantage)
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills with solid knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
- Proven experience in financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with financial systems and digital tools with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary Range: RM 6000 - 8000
