Your missions
We are currently looking to strengthen our team and would like to recruit someone with three or more years experience who has dealt with a broad range of HR topics in a corporate or consultancy setting.
As HR Advisory Consultant at Source Up you will :
Support our customers HR transformations journeys (digital strategic or operational)
Work on jobs and skills evolution
Advise and work on Recruitment attractiveness and retention of talent
Set frameworks to support driving managerial performance
Participate in optimisating HR processes.
The ideal profile Someone who enjoys a variety of tasks is comfortable with customer relations is curious open-minded and agile
