Greetings !!

We are looking for Deputy Manager (Electrical) MEP with a leading Real Estate for Bangalore location

Reporting to Project Head

Job Objective: The incumbent would be responsible for execution of electrical work in Construction Projects work execution as per agreed design and drawings monitoring and inspection of work

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic

To prepare project execution philosophy through involvement of the concerned so as to ensure meeting the project completion criterions

Operational

Arranging temporary BESCOM power supply for construction work based on the actual requirements.
Study of consultant approval drawings corrections of drawings and arrange the minutes of meeting with design and consultant teams for clarifications and design approvals.
To study the GFC drawings tender and specifications and administer the project based on same.
To study the drawings and specifications and accordingly execute the projects
To ensure compliance with planning organizing resources setting standards of qualityetc.
Arrange the minutes of meeting with construction team to ensure the awareness of basic PPE and safety.
To assist the site construction team for submitting MAR (material approval request) before execution of work.
Cross verification of materials before execution with MIR (Material inspection report) and check the WIR (Work inspection report) for every status of works.
To monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control.
Observe the deviation of materials and quality standards at project and implement as per project standard.
Observation of NCR (Non conformity report) at site and highlighted to higher level of respective team at the same implement as per project standard.
Verification of relevant JMR.
Day to day construction power requirement and load to be cross check in BESCOM meter.
Project material purchase request to be raise according to the requirement at site execution works.
Documentation of project materials received and issued detail updating.
Documentation of relevant warranty certificates of project materials.
DPR (Daily progress report) details to be update.
Handing over of project equipments and relevant documents to maintenance project team.

Financial

To minimize wastage of construction material.

Coach subordinates to develop the teams capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role

Diploma OR BE Electricals from from premier Indian or International Institutes

5-10 years in the construction industry with at least 3 years in electrical work of projects in Residential Commercial Retail Townships and Hospitality

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of relevant construction methodologies
Ability to develop and maintain knowledge management systems and procedures.
