Senior Product Manager for Cloud ERP Financials

As a core member of the Oracle Fusion Credit to Cash product team youll define and prioritize features collaborate closely with engineering and UX and work with customers and field teams to translate real-world needs into impactful product capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience in product management deep expertise in Receivables and Cash Management and a strong passion for building AI/GenAI-driven agentic and automation solutions. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and advocating for exceptional user experiences throughout the product lifecycle.

Our applications provide receivables credit collections cash management and revenue management solutions used by customers worldwide. Description of the Role:

We are seeking a product manager to work on the next generation of cloud-based data-driven applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in execution of key initiatives for a set of flagship products within the Financials Cloud suite. The candidate will provide functional specifications for the solutions and take the solutions to the market following an agile continuous-delivery methodology and a dev-ops mindset. The candidate will represent the products to internal audiences (e.g. product marketing sales and other field organizations).

Role Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered and agent-driven experiences in the Credit to Cash domain focusing on receivables cash management workflow automation and user experience enhancements.
• Translate AI/GenAI innovations into actionable product requirements that enhance trust transparency and measurable performance across Credit to Cash processes.
• Build AI/GenAI agents that support process automation intelligent decision support predictive analytics and interactive user guidance.
• Drive the development of AI-powered user experiences including natural language interfaces and automation across Receivables and Cash Management workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering design and data science teams to deliver AI-driven features that improve efficiency accuracy and customer outcomes.
• Engage with customers partners and field teams to validate AI use cases understand business needs and ensure solutions deliver tangible value and ROI.
• Analyze product usage data and adoption trends to prioritize enhancements and ensure AI features deliver meaningful business impact.
• Represent Credit to Cash as a thought leader on AI and automation in customer engagements technical deep dives industry events and marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI agentic design automation and financial process optimization to inform product direction and innovation.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure readiness enablement and effective positioning of new AI capabilities.
• Support global collaboration across distributed teams adapting to flexible work schedules as needed.

Core Product Management Skills

• Proven experience defining product roadmaps writing clear requirements and managing complex enterprise product lifecycles.
• Strong ability to synthesize customer needs and market trends into actionable product priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills aligning diverse teams (engineering design field and leadership).
• Strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI concepts conversational user interfaces and agent-driven automation in enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with enterprise software architecture APIs and cloud services.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure robust delivery of AI features.
• Understanding of data governance compliance security and responsible AI practices.

Domain Knowledge

• Domain knowledge in Credit to Cash processes especially Receivables and Cash Management a plus.
• Awareness of trends in AI-driven fintech automation and agentic user experience design.
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications and their integration points for process optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate feedback into impactful features.
• Excellent communication skillsboth technical and non-technicalfor engaging with customers sales and leadership.
• Comfort representing products externally in customer meetings demos and industry forums.

Skills and Experience

• 3 years of experience in product management business analysis enterprise applications preferably in financial domains.
• Hands-on experience designing process automations or AI/GenAI features prefferable in Credit to Cash or related finance operations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications Receivables and Cash Management processes and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering design marketing and sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product vision technical concepts and business value.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management consulting or implementation experiences in Quote-to-Collect space are preferred.
• Financial educational background such as CA ICWA and MBA (Finance) is very much desirable. The successful applicant should have in-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes involved in finance management.
• Knowledge of Web technologies UI components design patterns and best practices is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
