SUMMARY: The Purpose of the Cut-Up Hanger is to take the parts of the chicken that are being processed and hang them on the line for further processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Rehang chickens onto shackles for processing
Grade one leg birds
Separate birds with low quality
Must be able to keep up with production flow
Must report any unsafe condition pain and problems to supervisor or lead person
Be responsible for other duties deemed by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
