Job Summary
The Junior L2 NOC Engineer is responsible for 247 monitoring troubleshooting and ensuring stability of ISP network infrastructure including Core Aggregation and Access networks. The role handles customer-impacting incidents escalated from L1 and ensures high availability and SLA compliance.
Requirements
Monitor ISP networks including Internet ILL MPLS Broadband and Leased Line links
Analyze alarms such as link down latency packet loss and flapping
Perform L2 troubleshooting on routing (BGP OSPF Static) VLAN IP pools fiber and last-mile issues
Handle enterprise customer tickets and ensure SLA-based restoration
Maintain proper documentation shift handovers and escalation notes
Support basic configuration on routers (Cisco Juniper Huawei MikroTik) and switches
Perform ACL checks firewall rule verification and IP whitelisting/blacklisting
Required Skills:
