Oversee workshop operations and manage assigned team members effectively
Ensure consistent quality and adherence to work standards across all tasks
Conduct accurate measurements and monitor technical accuracy of work
Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment
Supervise daily activities and coordinate workflow with team members
Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar workshop supervision role
Proven ability to manage and lead a team professionally and effectively
Strong personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
Must be under 40 years of age (non-negotiable)
Proficient in Arabic (advanced); basic to intermediate English proficiency
