We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to serve as the Strategic Architect for Thailand Vietnam and the Philippines. You will lead a team of senior Country Strategic Pursuit leads to break through legacy ceilings while personally architecting the mega-national deals that define the future of Public Safety National Defence and Mission Critical Infrastructure.
The Mandate
1. Strategic Leadership
Lead the Pivot: As Captain of the Indochina & Philippines theatre you will elevate the gamemoving the region from transactional business to strategic nation-building partnerships.
Empower Country Leaders: Coach and work with Country Strategic Pursuits in Thailand Vietnam and the Philippines to clear political roadblocks and provide the high-level air cover they need to execute faster.
Cut Through the Noise: In complex markets defined by ambiguity you provide the Strategic Clarity. You ruthlessly prioritize to drive outcomes and protect your team from distraction.
2. Mega-Deal Architect
Capital Partnership Strategy: Go beyond standard distribution. Identify and structure GTM partnerships with target entities (Infrastructure Funds Telco SOEs Conglomerates) to undertake massive G2G projects where the partner provides the balance sheet and Motorola provides the mission-critical core.
Complex Commercial Structuring: Lead the negotiation of strategic pursuits and align technology with sovereign finance to deliver value to the national agendas in Indochina & Philippines.
3. Precise Orchestrator
Elevate the Standard: Execute a campaign to re-establish Motorola Solutions as the unrivaled standard for National Police Military Civil Defense and Critical Infrastructure.
Sovereign Alignment: Leverage US-ASEAN strategic frameworks to position our secure resilient ecosystem as the sovereign choice for National Security displacing low-cost high-risk competitors.
Hub Operator: Operate out of Bangkok utilizing a senior-level network to revitalize Southeast Asias most exciting market and bridge the gap between Stalled and Sold.
Strategic People Leader: 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing country teams. You know how to coach senior sales leaders not just manage a forecast.
Mega-Deal Track Record: Proven history of structuring infrastructure deals >$50M USD. You are comfortable discussing Capital Expenditure Sovereign Risk and GTM Partnership Models with C-Level executives.
Thailand Insider: You have an active high-level rolodex in Thailands Government and State-Owned Enterprise sectors. You understand the Power Map of the Kingdom and how to navigate it ethically and effectively.
