What Youll Do
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls internet leads and appointment setting
Engage customers with professionalism enthusiasm and product knowledge
Follow up with potential buyers to keep them excited and informed
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in the CRM
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills and a positive energetic personality
Comfortable on the phone and confident with technology
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous BDC call center or customer service experience is a plus
A team player mindset and a desire to grow within the dealership
