Lawn Doctor is growing and were looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative who can adapt to a wide variety of customer service scenarios think on their feet and work well within a team-driven culture.

What Youll Do
- Work with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers
- Support existing customers by recommending and adding services that improve and maintain their lawns
- Navigate a wide range of customer service situations with professionalism empathy and adaptability
- Build trust through clear communication and proactive post-sale follow-up
- Retain customers by providing consistent high-quality service
- Learn and confidently explain Lawn Doctor services programs and seasonal offerings
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Sales or lawn care experience is a plus but not required we provide training and ongoing support for the right candidate.
