Summary
The Senior Engineer role provides technical and operational support to the Laboratory and Operations teams ensuring compliance with industry and customer requirements. The position also leads multisite Quality investigations supports titanium alloy R&D performs characterization and analysis in support of Raw Materials approvals and assists in coordinating the Technical Development Program across the Metals/Forgings Segment.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Metallurgy Materials Science or related field.
- Experience in Laboratory and production support within Metals or Forgings.
- Proficiency in image analysis ultrasonic evaluation and anomaly analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEM/EDS EBSD and advanced materials characterization.
- Strong analytical investigative and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting R&D and customer development activities.
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Leadership experience in Technical Development Programs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
