Job description

As Strategic Product Manager you will be responsible for our Warehouse Execution System (WES) a key software component within our automated warehouse truck solutions (AGVs). You will work closely with the Product Managers to develop scalable and modular automation offering. By turning customer and market insights to innovative commercially viable solutions you ensure strong go-to-market execution and alignment with global strategic objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working where strategy meets technology who thrives in collaborative environment and who wants to contribute to the next generation of intelligent automation.

Your Core Responsibilities are:

• Lead the full software product lifecycle from strategic planning to end of life.
• Drive release planning and go-to-market readiness in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Own pricing models and portfolio pricing ensuring competitiveness and commercial viability.
• Work with internal cross functional teams to secure strategic and operational alignment in all product decisions.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal delivery and external technology suppliers.
• Conduct market intelligence including competitor analysis benchmarking to guide strategy and maintain a strong market position.
• Communicate the software roadmap in relevant forums and support sales and market organisations with strategic product insights.

You have:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Mechatronics Automation Industrial Automation or equivalent.
• Experience in product management strategy or software/automation roles.
• Ability to translate market needs into structured product requirements and clear business direction.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with external technology suppliers is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into decisions
• A structured way of working combined with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) with excellent communication skills.
