Job Summary
Were looking for someone who understands the electrical distribution worldwhether youve worked in the warehouse shipping/receiving order desk or admin support.
What Youll Do
- Support customers at the counter and over the phone
- Process orders quotes and returns
- Provide pricing and product information
- Work closely with warehouse and account managers to fulfill orders
- Assist with warranty and product inquiries
- Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- 23 years experience in the electrical distribution industry(warehouse inside support admin order desk etc.)
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and terminology
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced branch environment
- Strong communication skills
