As a Supplier Quality Engineer Project & Program Management Senior Specialist you will take the ownership of high complex projects or programs in regard of suppliers quality performances during the execution of their purchase orders in strict synergy with the Supplier Quality team and the project execution this role you will follow an individual working plan meet project or program related objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer Project & Program Management Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Being the focal point about supplier quality for experienced Project teams and main Customers with reference to specific complex projects or programs in the Oil & Gas market for large LNG modules or in the new product development for energy transition sector
- Managing the execution of all supplier quality activities contractually due by suppliers for assigned related projects and programs such as (but not limited to): suppliers project risk identification and mitigation supplier contract review supplier inspection coordination supplier nonconformance resolution support (NCRSDR)
- Attending inspection and supplier visits when needed and participating to other specific meetings related to supplier quality like pre inspection and progress meetings and kick off meeting with supplier
- Supporting on supplier quality issues resolution collaborating with Project and Supplier Quality team and working on Lesson Learned implementation as well
- Facilitating effective communication between the extended project execution team (Buyer Supplier Fulfillment Manager Project Manager Project Quality Manager Project Engineer) and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery execution
- Support experienced Technical project team for the resolution of suppliers punch lists related to projects quality inspection activities
- Regularly reporting to internal stakeholders and middle management project status and potential criticalities supporting implementation of tactical risk mitigation actions and timely issue resolution
- Serving as a point of reference for new hires and lessexperienced colleagues providing them with needed training on the job and supporting their professional growth and development
To be successful in this role its recommended to:
- Own very strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Own at least 10 years experience in quality industrial or energy sectors with proven knowledge in one or more of the following areas: rotating equipment (electrical or non-electrical) fabricated equipment engineered systems
- Have a highly open mind and strongly data driven mindset
- Have native proficiency in Italian and full professional proficiency in English
It will be a matter of preference:
- A technical degree (Chemical or Engineering) or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of products and processes in the oil & gas market or in the new energy technology fields
- Experience with QA/QC tools and techniques
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently (>30%)
- High resilience and ability to work under stress
- Strong results driven and self-directed approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maturated experience in Baker Hughes IET processes
- IPMA certification
