Check-in

Warmly greet and check in patients

Verify and update patient information

Manage patient flow and communicate with the clinical team

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

Check-out

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

Collect co-pays deductibles and balances

Schedule follow-appointments

What were looking for:

Medical office experience required -eyecare experience is a plus

Professional punctual and reliable

Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills

Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment

You will enjoy working in a positive and supportive environment Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
