Responsibilities
- Complete and scan required record keeping forms/charts upon the guests admission transfer and/or discharge.
- Chart nurses notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the guest as well as the guests response to the care.
- Report all discrepancies noted concerning physicians orders diet change charting error etc. to the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the guests medical record in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license- required.
- A minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience required.
- Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
