Job Summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to support our Columbia PA manufacturing facility. The Project Manager will be focused on delivering capital operational and strategic projects within our manufacturing facility. The position oversees project governance drives execution excellence and manages cross-functional initiatives.

How You Will Help

Manage full lifecycle of capital and operational projects including scope definition budgeting scheduling risk management execution and closeout.
Lead or support multiple workstreams across engineering operations finance supply chain EHS and transformation initiatives.
Develop project scopes schedules budgets risk assessments and communication plans.
Oversee design engineering procurement construction installation commissioning and validation activities for capex projects.
Track and report progress to senior leadership ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Conduct data-driven analysis to support operational improvements and business transformations.
Establish and maintain PMO standards tools templates and reporting mechanisms.
Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive contingency planning.
Maintain project documentation databases and performance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory standards and corporate project governance.

Budget & Financial Management

Prepare and manage project budgets forecasts and capital funding requests.
Track spending cash flow and cost-to-complete metrics.
Support competitive bidding vendor selection and contract management (non-commercial).
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Risk Safety & Compliance

Lead project safety reviews and partner with EHS for safe execution.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with OSHA environmental and internal safety standards.

What You Will Bring

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of project management experience preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Experience managing capital or operational projects ranging from $5$20M.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling risk assessments and process mapping.
Cross-functional project leadership experience.

Preferred:

PMP or Six Sigma certification.
Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
