About the Role
A major international financial services organization islooking for a Project Coordinator to support key initiatives focused on CyberHygiene IT Production Security and Infrastructure Risk Remediation withina high-demand environment.
With cybersecurity threats continuously increasing andregulatory requirements becoming more stringent this role plays a strategicpart in strengthening the cyber maturity of IT Production andInfrastructure environments supporting Securities Services.
You will join a multidisciplinary team (IT Production COOAudit & Risk) working closely with Production Support teams and ProductionSecurity experts to accelerate remediation plans coordinate cyber controlsand drive security-related projects across critical production systems.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator you will act as a central point ofcoordination for Cyber Hygiene projects ensuring delivery and alignment acrossmultiple stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate cyber hygiene initiatives across the Securities Services IT Production perimeter
- Follow-up on implementation progress with Application Production Support (APS) teams
- Work in close collaboration with IT Production Security and group security providers
- Identify risks support issue resolution and ensure projects stay on track
- Prepare and present project status reports in Steering Committees
- Ensure transparency of milestones actions and remediation progress
Cyber Hygiene & Security Initiatives
You will coordinate projects involving topics such as:
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) (CyberArk Safes SailPoint etc.)
- System and credential hardening
- Patch Management
- Vulnerability Management
- Security controls and remediation tracking
Technical Support & Stakeholder Interface
- Support middleware and infrastructure teams (without performing administration tasks)
- Facilitate technical decisions and implementation alignment across teams
- Communicate effectively with systems network and security engineers
- Ensure guidelines from CISO and Technical Architecture teams are integrated
- Validate technical solutions and contribute to architecture/security committees when required
Required Technical Skills
To be successful you should bring:
- Proven experience in Project Management within technical environments
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure including:
- Linux / Windows / Cloud
- Networks and security services
- Solid background in Production Security including:
- Access Management (roles workflows CyberArk safes)
- Vulnerability & Patch Management
- Hardening principles
- Strong cybersecurity and IT risk culture (controls awareness compliance)
- Nice to have:
- Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI Power Query)
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies
