Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Food Technology Food Science Nutrition or Chemical Engineering.
510 years of experience including 45 years in food manufacturing QA/QC dairy or packaging industries.
Certified ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor and HACCP (minimum 2-day training with exam).
Strong knowledge of food safety standards risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
Excellent report writing and communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Willing to travel frequently to factory and plant sites.
