Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform the Cycle Counter responsibilities within the approved Plant procedures.
• Develop and maintain an effective Cycle Count Schedule
• Perform daily cycle counts as per the schedule.
• Monitor variance root cause corrective action implementation progress and engage appropriate Plant personnel as required.
• Generate daily Inventory Adjustment Approval Reports and submit for Approval.
• Update Inventory records upon receipt of Approval to do so.
• Maintain detailed Cycle Count records and generate daily weekly monthly reports as required.
• Assist Materials Manager with planning and execution of Physical Inventories as required.
• Load unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
• Perform other material handling activities such as counting weighing sorting packing and unpacking.
• Operate winches and other loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks.
• Perform tow motor inspection.
• Keep all manufacturing and shipping/receiving areas organized.
• May perform other activities such as opening containers and crates filling warehouse orders assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

Required Skills & Expertise:

• You have at least 3-5 years previous work-related experience in the same or related industry.
• Must have forklift experience in sit down propane counterbalance and stand-up reach
• Valid drivers Permit and Forklift external licence
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an asset
• Lifting up-to 50lbs manually

Physical Demands:

• Sitting for long periods of time
• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Occasionally required to balance and stoop kneel crouch
• Use of hands to reach squeeze or move items.
