Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience providing academic support advising coaching tutoring or retention-focused programming in a higher education setting. Demonstrated experience working with academically at-risk or first-year student populations including students on academic warning or probation. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with experience managing multiple initiatives deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with diverse campus partners. Commitment to inclusive student-centered practices and experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in higher education student affairs counseling education or a related field. Experience teaching or co-teaching first-year seminars transition courses or academic skills labs (e.g. TRW Lab study strategies time management college success courses). Demonstrated experience coordinating or implementing retention initiatives such as summer bridge programs orientation programming registration readiness events or early alert interventions.
