About the Role

NEPEAN Power is expanding and we are seeking skilled and motivated Site Electricians to join our growing Thornton team. This is a fulltime opportunity with varied handson work across workshop and field environments. You will support electrical fitouts overhauls repairs commissioning and ongoing service for major customers across mining industrial and utilities sectors.

Working under the Electrical Leading Hand you will play a key role in delivering highquality electrical solutions and providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.

In this role you will:

Assist with all site electrical fitouts project work and service activities
Interpret electrical schematics and scopes of work
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high productivity
Investigate issues diagnose faults and recommend corrective actions
Carry out fault finding function testing and equipment checks

We have multiple opportunities available suitable for both recently qualified Electricians and highly experienced industry professionals.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will bring a strong technical mindset and a commitment to safe highquality work. Ideally you will have:

Electrical trade qualifications with 3 years industry experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
Strong background in underground electrical equipment
Experience with electrical commissioning
Exposure to mining conveyor systems
Project management experience (highly regarded)
Valid Australian working rights
