PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m/w/d)

Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
Lead motivate and support production operators on the shop floor
Ensure production targets quality standards and safety requirements are met
Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during the shift
Ensure proper handover and structured reporting between shifts
