Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM start
Pay: $18/hour
Type:Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable Skiver (Foam) operators to join our production team. This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Operate skiving equipment to cut and shape foam materials
Follow work instructions and production specifications
Inspect foam for quality and report any defects
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Support production schedules and deadlines
Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in foam cutting skiving or manufacturing preferred
