Job Summary
What to expect.
This is anopportunity tobe responsible fortheoverall operations and managementof Sheppard Pratts Catonsville PRP direct support services. You will oversee the overall mental health and wellbeing of the clients that the program serves.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your programsmission and servicesare carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining compliancewith government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
- Supervising program staff andidentifyingtraining needsbased on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.
- Managing programbudgets.

Pay for this position is determined ona number offactors including but not limited to years and level of related experience. The pay for this position is $47740.50 minimum - $65563.20 maximum.
What we need from you.
- This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Associates degree and 4 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
- 1 year of experience should be in a supervisory role.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Must be flexible to adjust schedule to meet program needs including evening or weekends. Requires On-Call availability
