Were a fast-growing high-energy real estate team looking for a reliable Runner/Courier to help us keep our listings and open houses front and center around town. This is a very part-time flexible roleideal if you want supplemental income not a full-time commitment.
If you like being outdoors dont mind some physical work and take pride in seeing your efforts literally displayed all over Northern Virginia this could be a great fit.
What Youll Do
- Install and remove lockboxes at properties
- Put out and pick up directional/open house signs
- Drive routes to make sure our listings are highly visible
- Be a behind-the-scenes MVP for a top-producing real estate team
What Were Looking For
- Enjoys working outside and staying active
- Reliable detail-oriented and takes ownership of their work
- Flexible availability (especially around open house times)
- Customer-focused and professional
- Has their own vehicle and valid drivers license
- Lives within 10 miles of Fairfax VA
