CRM Executives Post SalesThe CRM Executive Post Sales is responsible for managing and coordinating the Home Buyer
journey from sales closure to handover readiness. This role ensures timely welcome
communication smooth agreement execution disciplined collection follow-ups loan facilitation
query resolution and preparedness for handoverwhile delivering a reassuring and supportive
Home Buyer experience.
You become the Home Buyers primary support partner after booking guiding them through
agreements payments loan processes and documentation so their journey toward handover is
smooth transparent and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities Conduct welcome calls within 48 hours of sales closure
Coordinate agreement execution and track closures
Follow up on collections in line with payment schedules
Support Home Buyers with loan processing and coordination with financiers
Handle and resolve Home Buyer queries within defined timelines
Prepare Home Buyers for handover by ensuring checklist completion
Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates across all post-sales stages
Coordinate with Sales Finance Legal and Project teams
How You Will Support Our Home Buyers
Clearly explain post-sales processes timelines and next steps
Provide timely reminders and guidance on agreements and payments
Assist Home Buyers with loan documentation and follow-ups
Respond empathetically to queries and concerns
Ensure Home Buyers feel informed supported and confident throughout the post-sales journey
Daily Activities & Interactions Making welcome calls to newly closed Home Buyers
Tracking agreement status and payment milestones
Following up on loan cases and documentation
Coordinating internally for approvals and updates
Handling Home Buyer queries and escalations
Updating CRM with follow-ups closures and handover checklists
Collaboration & TeamworkYou will work closely with Sales Finance Legal CRM Managers Loan Partners and Project
teams to ensure seamless coordination and a unified Home Buyer experience.
